Question: Can you repair damaged rugs?
Yes we can! Repairing heirloom rugs is one of the best parts of working in the custom rug studio, because we get to see all of the old, rare rugs that people have that are usually hidden away. Our master rug binders have all of the know-how and tools required, to restore and repair rugs that most people would consider beyond help.
Question: Can I design my own rug?
Absolutely! Our designers love working with clients to choose patterns and layout designs to get a custom rug that perfectly matches your design wishes. No matter what purpose you have in mind for your new rug, be it to create "zones" within a room, or simply to add a splash of flair to tie the decor of a room together, we know how to make it happen!
Question: What about unconventional shapes or dimensions?
That's the great thing about custom rugs, they're custom! The sky is truly the limit here, we can't stress that enough! Any size, dimension, color scheme, or pattern you can think of is doable. Do your best. We love a challenge!
